For Cracked Fingers:
Apply a drop of cream on the cracks at bedtime and cover with band aid. Also apply cream to hands 2 to 3 times a day. Usually the painful cracks heal in about 2 to 3 days. To prevent the cracks from recurring apply a small amount to hands 2 to 3 times a day. It is very concentrated so you don’t have to use much.
For dry scaly patches on elbows and knees:
Apply the cream twice a day. Most effective if used after shower or bath and before bedtime.
For Diabetics:
Diabetics suffer from dry cracked feet. Applying the cream once or twice a day will prevent this. It also has the added benefit of making the person examine their feet on a regular basis and notice if there are any unnoticed sores or infections.
